Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Paws At You AI (pawsatyouai.app), run by Paws At You AI. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

The service

Paws At You AI makes a 5-second AI video of your pet pawing at the camera from one photo you upload. We may change features, prices or limits; prices shown at checkout apply to that purchase.

Accounts

You need an account to generate videos. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make purchases where you live.

Credits and payments

• Videos are paid with credits: 59 credits for a 720p video, 89 credits for a 1080p video.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs (no subscription) through Waffo, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred.
• When you press Generate the credits are held. They are charged only when your video is ready. If a video fails, is blocked by the safety filter or times out, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds: credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Credits held for a video that fails are always returned (see above).
• Billing questions: hello@pawsatyouai.app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Your photos

• Upload only photos of your own pet, or photos you have permission to use.
• Animals only: no people, and never children.
• You keep all rights to your photo. You give us permission to process it, and to send it to our video provider, only to make your video.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI-generated videos

Videos are made by an AI model and may not look exactly like your pet. You may use your videos for personal and social media purposes. You are responsible for how you share them; label them as AI-generated where a platform asks.

Fan project

Paws At You AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the creators or owners of the original "paws at you" images or the animals in them, and it does not use those images. "Paws at you" is a community meme; we do not claim to own it.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Credits held for a blocked video are returned; credits on an account suspended for abuse may be forfeited.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Paws At You AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
