Paws At You AI turns one photo of your pet into a 5-second vertical video of it pawing at the camera. You need a free account, enough credits and one clear photo. There is no prompt to write: it takes a few clicks, then 2 to 10 minutes of waiting.

What you need

  • An account. Free, with your email or with Google.
  • Credits. 59 credits ($5.90) for a 720p video or 89 credits ($8.90) for 1080p. Packs start at $8.90. There is no free trial.
  • One photo of your pet. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB, at least 320 pixels on each side. The photo guide shows what works best.

Step 1: Log in

Press Log in at the top of the page and sign up with your email or with Google. If you use email, open the verification link we send you.

Step 2: Buy credits

Open Pricing and pick a pack. Checkout is run by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Prices include any sales tax or VAT, so you pay the price shown. Credits usually reach your balance within a minute. They never expire, and there is no subscription.

Step 3: Upload your pet's photo

On the home page, press Choose a photo. On a phone you can take one there and then. Before the photo is uploaded, your browser shrinks it and removes its metadata, such as GPS location.

Step 4: Pick the quality

Choose 720p (59 credits) or 1080p (89 credits). Both are 5 seconds long, vertical 9:16 and made by the same model, ByteDance Seedance 2.0; 1080p is sharper.

Step 5: Confirm and generate

Tick the box to confirm that the photo shows your own pet (or one you may use) and no people, then press Generate. The credits are held, not charged yet.

Step 6: Wait 2 to 10 minutes

A progress screen shows how long it has been. You can close the page: the video also appears under My videos in your account. If the video fails, the held credits come back automatically and you can try again.

Step 7: Download and post

Press Download MP4. The file has no watermark and no sound, and it stays downloadable for 7 days. Post it on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X or Discord with your own paws at you line; the caption ideas can help. You may also use it commercially, for example on a brand account, as long as the photo is of your own pet or one you may use.

If something goes wrong

  • "That photo is too small." Use a photo at least 320 pixels on each side.
  • "That photo is too long or too narrow." Use a normal portrait or landscape photo, not a panorama or a long screenshot.
  • The safety filter stopped the photo. Try a different photo that shows only your pet. Nothing is charged.
  • The video does not look like your pet. Try a sharper photo with your pet's face in good light.
  • The video is taking longer than 10 minutes. It is most likely still being made. Check My videos a little later; if it fails, the credits come back on their own.
