Refund policy

Paws At You AI sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never billed again. This page explains when we refund a purchase and how. It is part of our Terms of service.

Failed videos are never charged

When you press Generate, the credits for that video are only held. If the video fails, is blocked by the safety filter or times out, the held credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for anything, and a failed video is not a reason for a refund.

When we refund a purchase

We refund a credit pack if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you were charged but the credits never arrived in your account; or
• a fault on our side kept you from using the credits you bought.

Credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately, so apart from these cases purchases are final once the credits are in your account, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you like.

How to request a refund

1. Request it within 30 days of the purchase.
2. In your account, open Purchases and choose Request a refund next to the order. You can also email hello@pawsatyouai.app with your account email and the order ID.
3. We reply within 2 business days.

While a request is open, the credits from that purchase that you have not used yet are on hold and cannot be spent. If we decline the request, they go back to your balance.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Waffo Pancake and usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money in any other way.

Right of withdrawal (EU, UK and similar)

If you live where online purchases come with a right of withdrawal: by completing your purchase you ask us to deliver the credits immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once they are delivered. The refund cases above still apply.
